I checked the prices for the bus to Legoland from Windsor and frankly speaking it seems to me that since there are 4 of us it may be cheeper for us to take a taxi from the Railway station. Does anyone know by chance how much it may be?

I want to buy a combined ticket to Legoland, but I cannot find an option where I can do it online.
http://www.southwesttrains.co.uk/legoland-windsor.aspx
Can I buy train tickets online and then purchase combined ticket (entrance+shuttle bus) when I arrive in London? What is ment buy 'staffed train station'? Is Paddington one of them?

Good day for all
Question for ‘em parents whom already had their pockets emptied in Legoland…
My son is a big Lego fan, much like the child that hides within his dad… we plane to end our London vacation visiting Legoland, actually departing to Heathrow just at the end of the visit. I know there is a mega Lego store in the park: does anyone remembers how were the prices there compared to Toys R Us or Hamelis for instance? I don’t mind paying 10% more for the adventure of buying Lego at Legoland, but would prefer to do my shopping in Toys R Us the day before, if the difference is bigger.
Thank you for your help.

Hello everyone,
My sister and I will have a stop oven in Heathrow on our way from Kenya to U.S. Our plane is landing at 3:pm on Sat Dec 12th. We fly out the nest morning. Weplan to leave our luggage at the airport. Is it doable for us to go to windsor? I realize that we probably won't be able to go inside the castle but could we see from outside? Will most things be closed by the time we get there? What would be the best way to get to Windsor? (train, bus or taxi) Does anyone have any suggestions how we could spend the evening? (We're planning to sleep at Yothel in Heathrow as our flight leaves early in the morning and we don't want to deal with hassle of getting to Heathrow in the morning.
Thank you

Hi, anyone had got online ticket to Windsor Castle. I plan to do day trip to Windsor from London on 1st Oct. Should we purchase it online or it's still okay to buy from there itself? Reliable? Any suggestion is appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi,
As my fiance and I will be traveling to London and we are still finalizing the plans, we are thinking of going to Windsor and Eton, through the Green Line coaches.
I am just wondering, do I have to purchase the coach ticket beforehand? Perhaps online? Or can I just find a counter or kiosk and buy my tickets there?
And realistically, if we see everything quick... a same-day return is still doable, right?

Greetings all. This probably sounds a daft question, but does anyone know the official motto of the town of Windsor. I've tried every search-engine in the known universe and have so far drawn a complete blank. And if anyone happens to know the official motto for nearby Eton, that would be a big bonus. Grateful for any help

In July, my family will arrive at Heathrow late morning. The next day we have a flight on to Budapest. So, I'd like to see if we can dash over to Windsor to see the castle for a couple of hours. We'll be staying at the Novotel at Heathrow. Is this at all realistic? What would be the best way to get from Heathrow to Windsor (ie. taxi, public transport)? If this isn't realistic, what should we occupy ourselves with whilst stuck at Heathrow for the afternoon/evening? Thanks for any advice.

A friend of mine in Swindon is gettting married and they're searching for a beautiful place to spent the night. The price shouldn't be more than 130 Pounds per person. Any suggestions? They're also searching for a nice place for the honeymoon. It has to be somewhere in England as the girl is from Ukraine and needs a visa for any other country :-( Thanks for your tips!! Natascha
