Masuleh Tehran - Mausleh in one day

Is it possible to visit Masuleh in one day from Tehran and come back? How long would it last in one direction?
Does anyone know agency that runs such daytrip?
If not, is there decent accomodation ?

I suppose there's a bus to Rasht but how do I get to Masuleh from there? How much does it cost on a shared taxi? What's the best looking city in Iran near the Caspian Sea?
