Candlelight procession at Fatima Posted: Sat August 30, 2008 04:16 PM UTC
We will be in Lisbon from October 11 thru the 15th. We would like to visit Fatima for the day on October 12 or 13. Is there a candlelight procession every day? If so, what time. The last bus leaves Fatima at 20:30. If we that does not work, then we would like to go on October 13 for the closing procession. Any help would be appreciated.

I am joining a pilgrimage to Fatima in March. There are times were we will have the option to explore the area independently. What places should I see? By bus or train? Also, any tips 1)about the hotels in th Fatima area, 2)must see and must not go places, 3) must places and/or to eat 4)or any tips that will make my trip memorable. Thanks!

Is there a frequent bus service between Batalha and Fatima? How often does it go? What about the buses between Batalha and Lisboa?
Thanks for the answers in advance.

Questions On Fatima Posted: Sat September 23, 2006 01:14 PM UTC
I intend to proceed direct from the lisbon airport to Fatima. But I have a few questions:
1. What bus can I take from the lisbon airport to Fatima? where do I buy the ticket? Does the bus company has a website that I can check the timetable?
2. Is there any locker at the Fatima bus station? I need a place to store my luggage while I tour around.
3. I will return from Fatima to Libson. What bus can I take? Any website which I can check on the timetable? Where do I alight when I reach Libson? Because I wish to find out the distance between the bus station and the hotel.
Thank yOu

Fatima Accommodation & Porto Accommodation requests. Posted: Tue January 20, 2004 08:01 PM UTC
Hello Friends,
If someone out there has been to Fatima, (Portugal) could you recommend to us an accommodation (ranging between 30 Euros – 40 Euros per night) located nearest the Sanctuary. We are travelling with two ladies 80 years old and need to be nearest to the Sanctuary as they from time to time needs a wheelchair.
Then we will be going to Porto (Portugal) we are hoping that someone could recommend to us an Apt. Hotel for 5 people. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.
Warm regards, Marant
