Monte Gordo Travel Forum

we are going toMonte Gordo, for a 35day holiday, from December 18/ January23,2011/2012.It will be our first time in Portugal,is the weather warm, cool,cold? and would we be near a golf course??Of course any other tips on etiquete etc;We are in our 70s,very friendly,easy going. I am going to Portugal (Monte Gordo) in three weeks time and planning to go visit Spain for a couple of days. Any idea how to get to Spain from Monte Gordo? Is there any bus or train everyday?

Hey people!

Alright, now i know how to get from Lisbon to Faro BUT i found out that my hotel is in Monte Gordo (kind of a funny name, isnt it?? :-) anyway - I can not find out on the "Combois de portugal" site if there is a train from faro to monte gorde (and i am sure there is one, i saw the rails on google-map!!).

Hopefully someone from this area can help me :-)

hi i went to a night club in monte gordo and cant find the name of it.it was a night club that has swiming slides going around the night club and its very big if any1 has a idea what it is please let me know thanks
