Hi, My hubby and I are planning a 2 week trip to Madrid, Spain (June 27-July 11, 2012) and I was wondering if anyone might be able to give me a bit of an idea on the cost of a cheap, round trip flight from Vancouver to Madrid (preferably one stop)...just looking for a ball park price. I've gone onto a couple of sights and so far the cheapest I can find is $1300 (incl taxes) per person....I realize this is a more expensive time of year and I usually travel to Europe in the Spring, when its cheaper, so is this a farily good price or is there a chance the price may drop a bit (wishful thinking. what is the best on most cost efficient way to get from the airport to the atocha train station....airport shuttle and subway or subway into town or taxi

we plan to travel in Madrid in november . I would like to have for the last night an accomodation near the airport because the fly is early in the morning .

what is the easiest way to get from the airport to metro Sol/Sevilla?

metro or shuttle bus?

I am scheduled to travel to Lisbon from Madrid Chamartin on the 4 or 5 of November. Would like to have more details like direct train, time frame etc. Many thanks
