Thinking of staying at the Balmoral in a few weeks time. Have read good and bad reports. Any information appreciated

me and my wife are going to benalmedena ,on the cost del sol on 13th january with some friends, we have never been there before and would like to know the cost of cigerettes per sleeve of 200, preferably sovereign's. and also embassy. we will be driving from malaga airport, so do not mind driving to another part of the costa del sol if the cigs are cheaper in another resort.

My husband and I are considering a long stay vacation at "Flatotel" in Benalmadena Costa.
We would be interested in any info on this hotel and location.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FAIRLY CLASSY RESTAURANT IN THE BENLAMADENA AREA FOR MY MOTHER AND FATHERS RUBY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY . WE HAVE A CAR SO LOCATION ISNT AN ISSUE AND THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN . ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

I am going on holiday myself with my 15 year old grandson. Can you advise on places to visit and things to do. I am worried he will become bored out of his mind, especially at night. I am booked in hotel near Sealife.

I have just returned from benalmadena and was unhappy that all the betting bars were closed. Could you please tell me if they are going to open again as my husband and his friends are arranging to come in september and will not come if they are going to be closed as this is part of their holiday. I also know lots of people who love coming to benalmadena but will not return if this situation is the same.

My daughter has booked accomodation at the Sunny beach apartments. We cannot find any reviews for them, has she made a good choice?

Hi have got a reasonable deal if I want for a week at the San Fermin Hotel. Can anybody tell me whats its like etc please. Also I can have bed and breakfast or half board, is it worth paying for half board or are there plenty of reasonabley priced restaurants around.

I will be in Benalmadena in February and I am interested in traveling to Granada for a day trip to see the Alhambra. I know I can take a day excursion on a motor coach with a tour guide, but I was wondering if there was a reasonably easy way to get from Benalmadena to Granada by train or bus? Thanks

My friend is thinking od coming to the Costa Del Sol in Jan for 5 days with her 10 year old son. They will be staying in either Benalmadena, Torremolinos or Fuengirola. What will be open this time of year? He likes to be kept busy. I suggested the zoo, Gibraltar and maybe a boat trip. Is there anything else?

What advice does any one have about airport transfer on Sat Sept 2005 10:00am from Malaga to The Best Hotel Benalmadena (yes thats the hotels name). Is this Hotel near Bus stop and what bus would it be. Thanks for any advice also is there a tourist map of Benalmadena available online. Thanks again for any help.

Can anyone tell me about the Aleysa Plaza Aparthotel in Benalmadena, Spain? Photos on web show "typical Andalusian" front and a modern rear overlooking the pool. Confusing!
I only need two nights however would like somewhere nice.
The price is right and as "you only get what you pay for" I am a little concerned prior to booking.
