We are a couple in our 60s and hope to do some hiking in the Gredos in May. Rather that 2 - 5 day hikes we would prefer to base ourselves in accommodation for a couple of days and do day walks returning to our accommodation at night. Then move on to a different part of the park and do the same again. Any suggestions for hotels or hostels from which we can do day hikes.
