Going to cap salou,hotel negresco in 2 weeks, read some mixed reviews, anyone with some hopefully good things to say about resort and also hotel. Going with partner and eight year old daughter.

Myself and my family are of to salou Sept 7th and i was wondering how much do you think a person would need to go shopping? is it a cheap place to shop?

Anyone know of a quality hotel that's 'NEAR THE BEACH' preferably overlooking it with access to the beach yet also has easy access to the shopping area without the need for Taxis?

Has anyone statyed at the H.Top Molinos Park Hotel, if so what's it like? And how far away is the town, attractions, etc.

Hi Im going to Cap Salou in two weeks time with my boyfriend. We are staying at the Festival Village apartments in Cap Salou and I was wondering if it is really as bad as it sounds?? I would also appreciate any information anyone could give me on amenities around the apartments and I would also like to know if it is relatively easy to get transport to and from Barcelona, Port Aventura and Reus Airport?? Thanks.....:D

Hi, going to Salou for a few days at beginning of July. Staying at the Catalonia Gardens - can anyone tell me how far on foot the apartments are from the Europa Placa?
Also any ideas of cigarettes prices at the moment. Particularly interested in JPS red or black.

Goign to Salou this week with a bunch of lads on Stag party.

Supposedly the weather is going ot be bad and raining so need ideas of things to do during the day.

Also on Sautrday its Arsenal V Chelsea and am looking for a bar that will be showing the game.

Any thing else anyone can recommend would be great.

Hi Ive got a stag party of 16 lads coming to Salou on 3rd or May. Will everything be open and clubs open til late.

Also i know these guys will be wanting strippers, does anyone know of any lapdance/stripdancing clubs.

Hello all at the moment we are doing a toss up between Benidorm and Salou....... Does anybody have idea which is better?

I love the look of the waterpark in salou and the portaventura but what other things are there?? Is there anywhere you can swim with dolphins? What is the weather like in September? (We going over the 18th) We're going as a young couple, of course we love nightlife and clubbing but also other things during the day like is there any abseilng/climbing/mountain biking of course we are going to relax but we want some other activites/experiences to do as well :)

I have just booked a holiday 4 girls going on the 9th june and stayed at the europa apartments in blane on the internet it said salou but i have no idea if blane is near salou or not.

i was wondering wheather anyone can tell me the average cost for things in salou.
1 Pint of beer/spirt/bottle.
2.full english fry up
3.alchol, as in to buy from a shop to drink at your hotel
4.a reasonable sized dinner

i would also like to know the average wheather in June, were going 22nd -24th June 2007.

also does anyone know if it have like a main strip of bars and clubs or are they all spaced out.

also do they have like PA outside the bars/clubs offering specail deals on drinks.

hello, im staying in the festival village apartments in cap salou at the end of july. i was wondering how far it is and if it is walking distance from the apartments to the centre of salou.as i am going with 6 friends and ive heard the night life is good in salou. so would a taxis be too expensive?

I am taking a party of 10 to Salou and maybe a day in Barcelona. Please advise on the following:

1) As we will be flying into Barcelona. What is the best way to get to Salou? I thought of a private mini bus, but this can be quite costly! Are there any direct public coaches or buses? I know you can take a train from Sants, but with 10 people, this can be tricky!

2) Out of the 4 main theme hotels, El Paso, Caribe resort,Portaventura etc. Which one is the best for families? Location? Food?

Hi, my friend and i will b going to salou on the 5th march 4 3 days and was wondering if many bars or clubs will b open then? we went on the 5th february and there was only like shankleys and the shamrock open! we dnt really mind coz being from liverpool we loved shankleys but its also my birthday so would like to go on to a club when shankleys closes! any info would b great thanx

will be in salou/vilafortuny in july. last yr noticed that cambrils had a lidl supermarket. as we go s/c its cheaper to shop there . ive got a map etc off the lidl web site. wot i want to know are there taxi,s waiting out side the store or will i have to phone one.. and wot sort of cost is cambrils to vilafortuny..any one living in salou can you help....any taxi numbers as well thanx.

I will be travelling to Salou in August after completing a 7day Cruise and will be dropped off in Barcelona. My wife and I have never stayed in Salou so would like to know any good hotels or apartments to stay as we do like to enjoy ourselves with good bars and restaurants.
