Fajardo Scuba Diving

I will be in Fajardo in June and would like to know if there is a good diving shop where I can go. It will be my first time diving and I don't want to get ripped off by someone thinking I am a dumb tourist from the states. Thanks for any help!!

Fajardo Things to do in Fajardo

We are considering renting a condo in Fajardo in march 2008. Ages range from 20 - 50. Is there good snorkling? What about nightlife? We will be there during spring break. Any suggestions for activities?

Is there a market near the ferry in Fajardo? We're traveling to Veiques but are worried the markets on Vieques will be closed by the time we get there.
