I am thinking of coming to the Los Olas resort in late January. Is it a nice place to stay? Is there lots to do - are there any safety issues that I should be aware of? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

My girlfriend has never visited Colonia Tovar and I was considering taking her there for our anniversary. I have been there but never eaten there and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good restaurant. Thanks

We're planning to go in December . We need to book a good hotel inside the town . We'd like to be in walking distance to the town .
