Stay in a hotel in Trimbakeshwar or Nasik, and which hotel ?

Want to visit Shirdi, Shanisignapur and Trimbakeshwar. We have planned the trip as follows : reaching Kopargaon station in the evening staying in a hotel in Shirdi. Stay in a hotel in Trimbakeshwar or Nasik . Departure from Nasik road station the 3rd day afternoon. Could members suggest whether to stay in a hotel in Trimbakeshwar or Nasik, and which is a reasonably good hotel. Good meaning - clean and simple veg. food, less oily and less spicy.
