What is the current situation with the peace talks between the Ugandan government and the LRA? I am due to travel to Lira October 2, 06. What other security issues should I be concerned about?
I arrive at Entebbe around 5 am - would I have a problem getting a Visa at that time in the morning or should I obtain one before I depart? I apprciate any assistance anyone could provide on these two topics. Happy Travels, Scott |
