Chau Doc How to go to Chau Doc from HCMC

Hello VT members,
My friend ask me to help her arrange her family christmas holiday to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, and I found that we can travel from Vietnam (Chau Doc) to Phnom Penh with boat.
However, I could not find any information in VT how to go to Chau Doc from HCMC.
Can anyone help me with this question? Thank you in advance everyone

How far is it by from the Chau Doc in the Mekong Delta to Rach Gia?

Is Can Tho closer to Rach Gia? (Thinking of taking a boat from there to Phu Quoc)

Did anyone go by cargo ship to the Mekong delta from Chau Doc? How is it working? I just go to a ship and ask for? Or is there any office?
