What are tiket prices for a 21 year old?

I have spent a while searching for a map of Antananrivo online and cannot get anything with detail on it. I will be travelling there in a few weeks to purchase land for building a chapel but need to have some sort of idea of areas, streets etc. around the West side of Antananrivo. Does anybody out there know where i can find maps of the area?
