Avis office in Uturoa, Raiatea

Could someone let me know where the Avis office is located, as I have to meet a guide there next month. I think it could be in the large newish-looking building near the wharf? We arrive on the Dawn Princess.

I have the same questions for the pension Tapue. Is it pretty hard to get around Raiatea? Do you know if there is snorkeling nearby and accessable when staying at this place?
