Can anybody tell me anything about this bus service?

I will be arriving at Adana on 5th November and need to get to Kizkalesi. Someone told me about the Pegasus buses and that one does go to Mersin which is near enough to Kizkalesi, I can get a taxi the rest of the way.

I have emailed Pegasus twice now asking about this service but haven't received any information as yet.

What I would like to know is;

A ) Do I have to pre-book a place on the bus or can I just go to it on arrival and hope that there's enough space?

B )What happens if my flight is delayed or I have problems at Adana airport and miss my bus, can I just get on the one for the next flight?

C ) Does anyone know where in Mersin the bus stops? The bus timetable mentions a Migros but I haven't a clue where in Mersin this would be.

D ) Any idea of cost for the bus journey and then a taxi on to Kizkalesi?

I really would appreciate any help as I am travelling alone and I'm a bit worried about getting there and being stranded!

Is there a large shopping mall or shopping area in Adana? I am trying to organize a shopping trip to Adana for a group of ladies. They would want to buy household goods, shoes and clothing and some food items.

Which Syrian/Turkish border is easiest to cross?

Just wondering which Syria/Turkish border crossing is easiest for crossing with the expectation of receiving a visa at the border. I have both a Canadian, and Iranian passport (prefer to use Iranian).

Let me know what happened to you at either:

1) Kilis,
2) Cilvegözü, road goes to Aleppo (or Halab, Syria), Syrian name: Bab al Hawa
3) Yayladağı, road goes to Lathqiyah, Syria

Number 2 and 3 are in Hatay province, Turkey.

Thanks

Syria Visa (at Turkish border) with Canadian, or Iranian passport?

I am visiting Turkey for 3 months (on an Iranian passport), but also, I have a Canadian passport. And then After Turkey, I want to enter Syria (and get visa at the border). My question is which passport is better for obtaining the Syria visa on arrival, as well as to reduce costs? I've heard Canadians pay $60 to enter Turkey, and around $80 to enter Syria. For that reason, I am thinking maybe it's better to go with Iranian. Does anyone have info for Iranians? Also, will it be a problem to enter Syria as a Canadian, if I entered Turkey as an Iranian? What if the Syrian officials ask where my Turkish entry/exit stamps are? And I say they are in my OTHER passport?

Thanks.

I know that there is only about 5 hours form Kayseri or Nevsehir, however I would like to be in Adana early morning and then go to Antakya and finally to Aleppo. I will be grateful if someone points out the night bus / train (may be directly from Cappadocia to Antakya, of course).

Many thanks,

Piotrh

I must travel from Lisbon Portugal to Antakya. I have found flights to Adana which appears to be the nearest commercial airport. Do you have suggestions and/or recommendations on how to reach Antakya?
