I'm taking a group of 12 golfers to Benidorm landing at Alicante in February. This is the first time I have taken a group to thisarea and I am looking for a Coach operator to pick us up from/to the airport ant transport us to/from golf courses . Can anyone recommend an operator.

Hi, I read on the Valencia CF site that on 12 August, the official presentation will be held and the 'Trofeo Naranja'. Does anyone know who the opponents will be and how to get tickets for this?

Im going to Benidorm 2nd September for the second time and we love it, I was going to just buy a cheap baby pram or my 4 year old as I know she will get tired walking around all day and she is far to heavy to carry. Does anyone kow of anywhere we can buy a cheap pram over there.

Me and a couple of mates are heading to Benidorm on 2nd September and were staying at the Levante Club appartments, does anyone know anything about these apparts?? Also, should i expect nice weather? What about evening time will it be warm? Is anyone else heading there at this time??

My husband & I are planning a brief visit to Valencia and we are trying to decide on how long to stay. We are thinking of staying for 2 days, before moving on to our next destination. However, I want to make sure that we'll have enough time to see the sights and get a feel for the city. (Ideally, we'd stay longer, but that will have to be next time)

Will 2 days be enough? What do you recommend we see in that time?

As we're going to Valencia next week and it's 30 degrees I think we should maybe choose a hotel with a pool even if small. I liked the look of the Vincci hotels but they don't have one.

Can anyone give any recommendations for a 4/5* in a convenient tourist location that has one?

Ideally I would like a good price to include buffet breakfast.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Last minute trip to valencia from Madrid. I'll be staying on the C/valle de Ayora little outside the center. I was wondering if it's a safe area. Also, if it's safe and OK to take kids to the beach. Is it far from Valencia center? Any good beaches? We will only be traveliing on foot and by taxi.

Most important: any good activities to do and see within a day's time? THANKS!

I'm staying in Valencia for 4 nights before I travel up to Benicassim music festival at the end of July, and am looking for a cheap hotel with a swimming pool for my friend and I to relax at before the festival begins. I've found two so far, Hotel Vora Fira and Hotel Lido in Torrent. The Lido looks like the better option to me, but just wondered what Torrent was like as an area? We aren't too fussed about going out to bars every night, but I just wanted to know what the surroundings are like, and whether it would be a reasonable place to stay for a few nights. I've read that it's about 20 minutes by bus into Valencia city centre, which sounds good. I don't want to arrive and find that the hotel is right in the middle of an industrial centre or something, so any help would be great. If Torrent is not a good bet, what is hotel Vora Fira like?

could somebody give me a advice about best connection between Barcelona (or Girona) and Denia? I'm going there for two weeks in august and I have air ticket only to Girona. I could hire some car, but I want find something cheaper....so I could try hitchhiking but it isnot comfortable...:)

Luckily I'm going to be in Valenicia this Sunday, does anyone know if the Euro 2008 final is going to be shown on some sort of big screen open to the public in the city.

I'm sure the atmosphere and event will be great experienced in a bar, but a big public gathering could be even better.

me and my buddy are planning to stay 7 Days in Valencia next week,
I am sitting in a wheelchair and Valencia was deeply recommended for being wheelchair friendly and until now i dont expect any problems in getting anywhere in the city, but i've got no plan how to get conviniently to albufera.
Can i simply get a taxi who drives me out there ? I think yess , but what about the return ?

Anyway we would prefer a boat trip but how big would this boats be ? Enough space for a manual wheelchair?

Is there a possibility to rent a small boat just for 2 or 3 persons for an affordable price ?

Where could i rent one ?

I'm coming to Valencia for two weeks in July, I've found a few nice apartments and I'm about to book one. But before making the choice I'd like to ask you for some advice -- which parts of the city would you recommed? I'm thinking of a place which would be relatively close to restaurants, cafes and the center of the city. I wouldn't like to end up in a residential area in the suburbs where lights go off after 10pm and the streets are totally empty.
But it also has to be safe and not too noisy.
Also, is it difficult to find a parking space in the street? Or should I look for an apt with a garage?

Here are some locations I'm considering:
-Av. Cesar Giorgeta
-Calle de Recaredo
-Calle Gen. Urrutia
-Canovas, near Jardin del Turia.

We are looking to take my father to benidorm for a 1 week holiday staying at the Gran Bali hotel. We are booking a fully adapted room, but will need the help of a carer to bathe and toilet him, probably twice a day. Can anyone help in giving me information on Disabled Careres Services in Benidorm who could assist in this matter.

how much would it cost for a taxi from benidorm to alicante airport as we are going to book flights and the flight back home flies out at 06.30 in the morning. there will be 3 adults and 2 children, 5 and 10, so will we need 2 taxis? thank you

With the pound not doing so well against the Euro at the moment, am I still better changing my money there? and does anyone know what the current rate is please?

Please suggest the best option...don't want to visit internet cafes.
