alguien me podría dar nombres e hoteles?

Zaragoza Fiesta del Pilar
Posted: Sun September 13, 2009 04:46 PM UTC
I'I'd like to attend the Fiestas del Pilar at its peak, but I'll be touring by car, and it seems a bad time to try to book a reasonably priced hotel and bring a car into the core of the city. Can anyone recommend someplace to stay nearby (even if several km), on any train line, with easy and frequent access into Zaragoza? Thanks.

Loarre Problem with translation
Posted: Thu July 23, 2009 10:02 AM UTC
Could you, please, help me to understand. I don't speak spanish and I couldn't translate this site with Babel fish. As I understood the minimum group for a guided tour to the castle is 8 people. But I think they say that I can join some group every 20- minutes? Or it's misunderstanding? http://www.castillodeloarre.com/ (see 'Ofertas')

Teruel Teruel ... second part
Posted: Tue July 14, 2009 11:15 PM UTC
OK, all was going well. Madrid -> Valencia, then Teruel from there. Then I priced a driver from Valencia to Albarracin - wow ... 500 Euro to stay 4 hours! No, don't think so. It's a much shorter drive from Teruel to Albarracin.

So back to the drawing board. Thinking now about staying at the Parador in Teruel. Two km. from the center - there has to be a taxi (yes, parador people said to take taxi from train station).

Any problems / logistics issues with staying at the Parador? (I know it's a 3 start ... looks better than other options)

Now the question is ... any good ideas to get a driver to go to Albarracin?

Oh, and every nice thing about the Renfe site that I said? I take it back! They broke it with those little guys running all over the place. Wow, why did the ruin it.

So ... any ideas on how to find a driver? Bus to Albarracin? Found one bus from Teruel, but no email contact

Teruel Teruel in August - transportation and general questions
Posted: Sun June 28, 2009 10:58 PM UTC
I am researching taking a short trip to Teruel from Madrid.

1. Is there a good bus link? Looks like the main connection from Madrid is Zaragoza and the one trail I would take is at 16:00 - other train is too late.

2. Is one day enough to see the main area of Teruel?

3. Can it be seen without a car? (are there taxi's?)

4. Anyone familiar with the hotels - looking at the Parador (8 km. away) and the Hotel Isabel de Segura (only one TA review) - any other recommendations? There's another one called La Alqueria, but looks too far.

I'm not looking for night time activities, just for a nice place to explore and walk around.

Zaragoza 1 day in Zaragoza
Posted: Wed July 23, 2008 04:30 PM UTC
I am planning to travel from San sebastian to Barcelona in early September, stopping in Zaragoza for about 8 hours to visit the World's Fair. Are there baggage storeage facilities at the bus or train stations? Also, how does one get from the city to the fair grounds by publc transportion and how long does it take? Answers to any questions that I should have asked would also be appreciated.

Zaragoza Travelling to Zaragoza from the north of England
Posted: Sat July 5, 2008 02:18 PM UTC
Hi
I am going to see a friend who lives in Zaragoza - planning sometime in October. There is a flight from a nearby airport to Girona. I see that the distance is 356 miles. Are there any obvious problems to hiring a car and driving? I have been before and I think I would want to avoid driving in the centre but I could leave the car at her house which is in a village outside of the centre.
Thanks

Zaragoza 2 Pases 3 dias EXPO ZARAGOZA 08
Posted: Tue May 27, 2008 01:31 PM UTC
Hi,
I will not be able to attend Expo Zaragoza 2008. I am selling two 3-day passes to attend the expo anytime from 14 june to 14 september 2008.
Official ticket price right now is 70 euros plus shipping per 3-day adult pass.

I am selling them both for 100 euros included certified shipment. I bought them originally at a discount price, so i am selling them at face value, plus 4 euros or so for shipping. You'd save 40 euros!!

I can get paid through PayPal for a total of 105 euros, or through bank wire for 100 euros. Email me if you are interested in. Thanks

Zaragoza Tips for Zaragoza

Hi all! We are a big group going Zaragoza this summer. I was hoping for any advice or tips to what to do, see and eat in this city. What are the good restaurants to try really good local cuisine(8 to 12 Euros) in the central part of Zaragoza? Can anyone suggest a good 2 to 3 star hotel in the center? What is the best area to be located in at Zaragoza?

Many thanks!
