hi as any one been to marmaris in november i have been twice this year in may and september i am loving it that much i want to go for short break and i am wondering if there is trips still available wat shops is open is markets on and the grand bazzaar also nightlife bar x salt n pepa etc i went with children both times and this time am going with friends for her birthday it works out cheaper to go here than blackpool plus i can do a bit of xmas shopping please let me know amny thanks troodes x

1)how far is the bus station from the port of Marmaris?
2)can I walk there?
3)how often is the bus to Datca? what times?
4)what's the cost?

I will fly from athens to rhodes october 23. I'll arrive in the airport of Rhodes around 7 oclock in the morning and I want to catch the boat to Marmaris.
1)Does anybody know what is the timetable for the boat to marmaris?
2)Do I have to book in advance?
3)I return back to rhodes on october 29 so if you know return times plz tell me.
Are the times of arrival and departure the same every day?

Hi, I am going to marmaris on he 15th October and staying at the Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel. Has anyone stayed there as I have read a few bad reports. Also I would like to know what the expected temperature will be like as I was hoping to get a tan.

Is it better to take lire or euros, i know they accept both but which one is mostly accepted and what are most of the prices displayed in etc,

I am going to marmaris on 5th october and i am staying at the club kocer appartments, can anyone please send me or let me know where i can find a picture of the attic rooms, or give me details. Is it just one small room with beds etc or does it have seperate bedroom etc. Also i would like to know what the weather will be like at this time, are the nights warm, and will i get a tan!

me and my boyf are going to turkey right at the start of october and are staying in pineta hotel which does look very nice.
could someone please help to find how far away from the main centre is this hotel we have read on some reviews this seems to not be as close to maramaris as we thought.
also wat are the best day activities to be done

Hello i am flying to Ankara next month and want to stay in Marmaris after visiting Ankara.
What is the best method of transport from Ankara to Marmaris and how long would it take?

I have heard a few people saying that this hotel is to be knocked down next year - a little concerning as I have booked 2 weeks in august 2008!! Please can somebody tell me if I have a problem or not!! Stayed there in aug 06 & found it a lovely place to stay.

What are the times, places and costs of a ferry or other boat transport from Marmaris to Icmeler. We are 4 ladies from australia. We are only in Marmaris for 1 day and want to experience an Agean boat trip (a ferry to Icmeler seems OK but other suggestions are more than welcome) and also a Dolmus experience. I thought to take a feery to Icmeler and the a dolmus back to Marmaris

Can anyone help me? Im a huge Marmaris fan and have visited on holiday. I bought some gorgeous designer 'replica' bags and shoes from a shop across the road from Gima. Its name is authentic something or other! They had a website but I can't find it anywhere! Please can someone email me the name of the shop and/or the website??

Its quite a nice shop with a glass front, not an open front. The leather is good quality so although the goods are replicas they are not cheap. This is driving me crazy trying to remember the name!! Please help!!

what are costs like for the trips.
are the girls safe to walk round on their own or should they stay with us. what places would they like. they are typical teenagers, loving dancing and singing, boys etc

i had some probs with arranging transfers. i arrive in dalaman at 2.55am (tues morining) and would like to know if i can catch a minibus from there at that time in the morning?, or are they all prebooked minibuses, can u just jump on n pay, also how much it costs?

Going to Marmaris in July and I’m thinking of hiring a car for the time we are there. I’ve read all the forums saying how easy it to get around using the local transport but, I want to move around in my own transport.

Can someone tell what the roads are like in and round Marmaris. Is parking going to be a problem. Is it easy to get about and what about travelling to other resorts and tourist sites. Shouls I consider distences and availabilty of fuel.

Can someone also tell me if it’s better to pre-book the car from over here or should I wait until I get to Marmaris before I book anything.

We are borading a gullet in Marmaris with a small group for the week and it is our responsibility to provide the beverages for the boat. Where can we purchase beer, wine, soft drinks and spirits in Marmaris.
