Hi,

My friends & i will be travelling from Spore to KL to Port Dickson & back to Spore. I need some advice.

1) Is there a coach from KL's bus station Puduraya direct to Port Dickson? Is there any specific timing for departure?

2) Where can we go for parasailing?

3) Is Eagle Ranch Resort worth going for half a day of horse riding & Go karting?

4) Is Jusco Seremban very far from Port Dickson? We'll be staying at Le Paris Hotel.

5) Lastly, is there a coach direct from Port Dickson to Spore or JB? We might want to stop in JB for a day on the way back...we're still considering our options.

The internet says Sepang Omnibus “runs a bus from Sungai Pelek to Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan via Sepang” but unfortunately Sepang Omnibus has no website:
1. Do they still ply that route?
2. Does someone know their bus schedule from Port Dickson to Sepang?
3. What time is the last bus from Port Dickson?

On the same note:
4. What bus company is plying the Port Dickson - Seremban route? Is the internet correct in saying Park May?
5. What is their bus schedule?
6. What time is the last Port Dickson-Seremban bus?

Been travelling from KL to Kuala Pilah using Plus, exit Senawang. Jam at Senawang quite bad. Any alternative route available?

I need to commute on weekdays from Seremban to Damansara Height on a daily basis.

I needed an advice from some expert on the fastest way to get to Port Dickson from Singapore for a friend's wedding over the weekend. It so happened that I have a paper in the morning on the same day of the wedding dinner until 1pm and hope to reach Port Dickson by 6pm in the evening for the dinner. The venue is Admiral Marina. I was thinking of taking a cab from Singapore that can bring me to JB at Bugis area (Queen Street if I am not wrong). Will I be able to get a cab from the drop off point at JB (somewhere walking distance from City Square) and how much and how fast will it be from JB to Port Dickson?

I know there is a bus from KL to port dickson ,but how to reach at Avillion?

Vanakam, we're on the way back to Singapore from KL on Sunday, 13 Jan 2008.

We're leaving KL around 1100 hrs, & thought of stopping in Seremban for a Halal seafood lunch & some shopping before heading back home to Singapore.

Any advice from anyone on this issue ?

What is the nearest hotel to the Port of Port Dickson?

In Malacca the nearest hotel to the Port of Malacca is very near (you just cross two streets and you can actually see the port from the hotel window) and am wondering if there is a hotel as near.

Hi friends from Seramban / PD,

Intend to do a budget holiday in PD around 19th Dec. Taking bus fm Sin to Seramban. Are there shops that rent motorbikes in Seramban. Reason is because me and wife intend to bike fm Seramban to resort in PD. Also bike will come in handy for getting around for Pasar Malam and makan. At the end of trip, bike to be returned to Seramban before jumping on bus back to Sin. Likely to rent bike for 3 to 5 days. In worst case, we can also pick up bike fm PD town. We prefer to get bike fm Seramban as it will save us taking a bus to and fm PD/Seramban. Am agreable to "Private arrangement" for rental of motorbike. Kindly post reply or email me. Thanks.

I am staying at Avillion Resort for 1day and half.
Fist trip to Malaysia so need any tips would be appreciated.
I am going there from Kuala Lumpur by taxi.

(key point-expense)
1)How much the fare would be suitable by taxi?

2)The distance from the resort to town.
(Is it available reach the town on foot or should take a taxi how much will it be?)

3)Food : Good resaturants near the resort or town.
I heard about the resort from my Malay friend that it's a tasty but rather expensive. Is it so? Do you think it's a bit funny going to the town to have a meal staying in the resort?

4) Any tips to look around or things to do?

5) Any tips about Avillion Resort?

Hi Everyone, I've never been to Port Dickson and I'm wondering which is a more sensible idea and how long it'd take for me to get there.

1. Coach - Singapore to Melaka (4.5hours) >>> Coach - Melaka to Port Dickson
Return the same way.
Question : how long does it take to get from PD to Melaka? Understand the distance between KL to PD & Melaka to PD is the same?

2. Air - Singapore to KL >>> Coach - KL to Port Dickson
Return Coach Melaka/KL - Singapore

Any suggestions?
Will we be able to hop onto a taxi from Melaka to PD? How much will that cost me?

Any supermarket or mall near Seremban Railway Station? I thought of getting some titbits, instand cup noodles and stuff like toothbrush, towels and fishing equipment before departing for Port Dickson. Or is there any at Port Dickson area? Desperately need advices as it will be my first time of going there.

How long will it take from Port Dickson to Meleka by coach? How much is the fare and will i be able to get the ticket just one day before the departure? Or is it worth it if we go by cab? We have 5 adults going.....

I need some feedbacks from those people who know about The Legends Water Chalet. Is the premium water chalet big enough for 5 adults( though 4pax is the max but we intend to smuggle our maid into the room)? How do we get there from Singapore? Wat shall we do when we are at PD? We have two elderly folks and a toddler travelling with us. Heard tat we should have a BBQ but it is done by the hotel/restaurant staff or do we need to book a pit there and prepare some food to BBQ? Can suggest where can we go for fishing (possible to fish right out of our chalet?)? Last question, is Avilion Village Resort = The Legends Water Chalet? Thanking you in advance.
