My husband and I will be in Basse-Terre in January aboard the Quest. We are interested in doing a private tour, or hiring an English speaking cab driver to show us the sights. Any one have any ideas to help us do our touring? What is the going rate for cabs and are they easily accessible at the pier? Thanks in advance, Lu
