Drive from Nebaj to Coban

Does anyone know about the condition of the road from Nebaj to Coban? It appears to be only about 100 km, but in Guatemala, that can be an eternity if the road isn't maintained. I will be driving a regular car.

Driving from Coban to Sayaxche

I am going to Guatemala in early March, and am interested in driving from Coban north to Sayaxche, and then on to Flores. Does anyone know what the road is like, and if it can be traversed with a regular car?
