My plan is to visit Semipalatinsk and i'd like to know if there are still problem with the radiations due to the past nuclear experiments.

sir i m sajid khan member of this forum i want some information to travel towards semipalatinsk ? I am living in pakistan and which rout is better and cheap to travel to semi. please give me detail information? what type of garmants are necessary to live there because i have to stay there for study in semipalatinsk state medical academy. is this city is costly or cheap
