Are there any carriers that fly from Punta Arenas in to Buenos Aires, or will I have to fly back to Santiago for that?

Please tell me, how could I get the bus station (Punta Arenas - Puerto Natales) from the hotel Plaza in Punta Arenas? How far is it from this hotel? Where could I buy bus tickets? My travel agensy ask me to pay 65USD for this transfer, is it good price?
May be who lives in Punta Arenas knows, how to get the place of beginning excursion to Seno Otway from the hotel Plaza in Punta Arenas?

Just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to get any short term work in Puntas Arenas in January 2005, possibly for a trekking company...?
Also, how easy is it to trek without using a company, particularly as I will be travelling on my own? Are there many solo travellers this time of year who might want to link up to go trekking?
How easy/expensive is it to get to Torres del Paine from Puntas Arenas?

I know, loads of questions, but any help would be much appreciated!

Can someone recommend a reliable car rental company in Punta Arenas or in Puerto Natales which has an email address (or a website), so I could correspond with?
The big ones (Hertz, Budget) are of no help, since they won't drop-off in a different location, nor are the dealers on this site (Travel Resources Search /Cars). I did find several smaller agencies that are happy to do the drop-off, but I don't know anything about them (actually I did get a recommendation for International-rent-a-car, but they have no availability at that time).

I have read about voluntary work in Punta Arenas. One agency requires over 2000 dollar registration fee which I think is a bit too much and could better be spent on "the good causes" voluntary work is all about.

Who could help me with some local information on where voluntary work is required in Punta Arenas?
I could do teaching in English (this is what led me to the agency) and Mathematics and Physics, but am open to other options.

If needed I will complete TEFL / CELTA courses before arriving there.

Hi I am flying into Punta Arenas November 5th. I want to see penguins one day that I am there. Wondering if I should go to Seno Otway or to Magdelena?? Is this a good time of year to see them?
Sun UV radiation strong this time of year??? Is sun block expensive to buy in Chile (It was outrageous price when I went to Thailand - around $20 per bottle) SHould I pack enough for a month with me?

What is the schedule like for bus from Rio Gallegos to Punta Arenas, I should be arriving on Monday (16/8) from BA about noon if everything goes well and leaving on Wednesday (18/8) for Usuaia, I understand the bus ride from RG to PA is about 4-5hours, are there any bus leaving RG to PA after 2pm? and the bus from PA to Usuaia, are there any bus leaving on Wednesday night prefereably?

Any help will be much appreciated.
