accomodation in cassino in september 2010

My father in law is originally from Casino and we are hoping to travel as
a family of at least 5 or 6 back to his place of birth in September, we will
be hiring a car in rome and driving to Cassino but would love to either rent
a house or self catering accomodation on a ground floor level hopefully as
papa is now 91 years old and not 2 keen on stairs. Any tips on rental properties rather than hotels the more central in Casino the better.
