From Varansi to Khajuraho, any good transportation : train, bus, airplane?
From Khajuraho to Bangkok, do I have to go back to Varanasi to take flight ?

if the water in India isn't safe, then isn't chai and tea dangerous to drink too as they're both made with Indian water?

is it Agra Fort Railway station or Agra Cantt. Good and budget hotels are near which station and for a family which location hotels should be preferred. would also appreciate if somebody can advise good budget hotels.

I am wondering if it's possible to renew an Indian Tourist Visa beyond six months, either within India or by leaving the country and re-entering. If it's necessary to leave the country, for how much time must one be out of the country? Is there anything else I should know?

I was looking at booking train travel from Agra to Varanasi on the MARUDHAR EXPRES - but when I get to the 'e ticket' options it says I cannot go on waitlist...I guess this means the train is full?

If this is the case...what other options are there for travel to Varanasi to Agra?

I'm planning a trip to Allahabad. Besides visiting all the tourist attractions in the holy city, I also need to locate the following place: Raymond Synthetic Kailash Nagar Upsidc Ind Area, Allahabad- 211001 and Pryag Loom Industries at
7C, Nihalpur, Allahabad- 211001. Can anyone please help me locate this on a map (google or yahoo?) Where in the city are these streets located? Your help is much appreciated.

My sister and me are visiting Agra for one day in March. We will continue from Agra to Jaipur and as would like to continue our trip late morning or early afternoon, I think the bus is our only option. Could you please let me know where are the buses deparing in Agra. At Agra bus station? At some specific bus stop? We would like to get the seats at air conditioned bus and I understand they leave at 10.00 or 11.30 a.m or 2.30 p.m (A/C Goldline, RSRTC). Do you know if it is possible to book seats and / or buy the tickets to the bus in advance? If yes, how could we do it? If no, how early should we be queuing at bus stop? Also, is it safe for two women to travel at daytime in the bus?

Is this remain closed during June? Please enlighten me.

It puzzles me finding out what is the best route to cover these destination. I plan to go to Nepal from India, visiting Varanasi and Bodh Gaya before enterning Nepal.

What is the better route? Can i go from Bodh Gaya to Lumbini or Kathmandu directly? Is it possible to travel from Varanasi to Lumbini first before arriving Kathmandu.

I don't mind travel on bus and train. I assume that scene along the way must be rewarding. But having very limited time, I would appreciate if you give me some tips of the route to avoid unnecessary duplicate trips, such as

Varanasi- Bodh Gaya - Varanasi (again)- Kathmandu- Lumbini- Kathmandu (again)- Everest base camp.
