Is Punggol Marina too far n inaccessible? Is it worth traveling there for food if there is a nice restaurant around the area?

Hi,
Does the Punggol Marina serve breakfast and is it open to the public. I thought of having breakfast after this Sunday Punggol Constituency Run 08. Alternatively, any good recommendations, please. Thanks |
