Nightlife for a solo girl

I pull into town on April 26th and this will be my second trip to Milano.
I saw one VT suggestion for GASOLINE CLUB for a nightlife hangout.
Is it still open and is it in/around/or close to the Central Station or down near the Duomo/Galleria area? There has to be some great drop in place on a week night. There are too many people in Milan, so are they hiding somewhere?
Tell me where.

how to reach corso como from sandanoto. any other night clubs in milan near to centrale station.

Mondays in Milan

Hi all,

For a first timer visiting Milan for one day/one night, how much am I missing if I check out the usual attractions on a Monday vs. Tuesday? I understand half of Milan's establishments are closed on Monday. Thing is though, Monday is ideal for my itinerary. But if I'm missing a lot checking out Milan on a Monday, I'll change my itinerary to go Tuesday instead.

La Scala tickets

The new season begins Dec. 7, 2003. Can we buy tickets online for late Dec?? Or are they closed over the holidays??
