I am arriving into Naples and want to know the best and cheapest way to get to Panarea. We will be staying for a few nights. I know there is a ferry out of Naples but it costs over 400 Euro. Someone suggested it would be cheaper to take train to Milazzo and then ferry to Panarea - but I'm not sure that is any cheaper. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
