Our barkada would like to take a beach trip to Anilao on May9 ~10 just for an overnight beach stay. We prefer a non diving but clean facilities resort with amenities even non Ac rooms but affordable rates. We are like 12 adults & 5 kids all and all.what can you recommend? Thanks.

How much do they usually charge just for getting entrance into the resort? (Price range). I know there are many who would recommend going ahead and getting into diving but we just wanted to go and check it out for now and maybe stay a while but how much does an entrance fee into a resort in Anilao cost? Thank you.

Im looking for a cheap intro dive package for just a daytrip.
I hoping that it already includes buffet lunch, gears, boat rental, entrance fee (lesson fee for intro divers). 2 years ago it costs only 1500, but i dont know whats the current price today. Thanks!

Would anyone know of Philpan Resort's contact info? would need to ask for their rates for day trip... we are planning to hike up Gulugod Baboy and we plan to reserve a place there for a day only after we go down the mountain... is this itinerary ok?

thanks much!

Could you recommend a good resort where me and my cousins could try an intro dive at anilao? I've asked around but the intro dives I've found only last for around 30 mins. I hope to find other resorts that offer intro dives that are longer.

How much is the cost? How long and what are included in the packages?

The question is who are interested to join?

Details of the event:

1. Open to divers, snorkellers (?), island hoppers, nature-trippers
2. August 20 day trip
3. Venue - tentatively either Aquareef Venture or Pier Uno in Mabini or ANilao
4. Time around 8 am in Anilao already
5. Transport - commute or carpooling
6. Damage: as quoted by the divemaster
Those who will do intro dive or discover scuba - around P1500
Island trip only - around P800
Inclusion for both: buffet lunch, gears, boat rental, entrance fee
(lesson fee for intro divers). No rate yet for those who will do actual
diving, like me!)

These are the basic info. Now, this forum is open for discussion, questions, clarifications, comments, reactions. We will see here if we can come up with a major consensus, then we will post this in the calendar/meets section. I hope that we can come up with something essential by Wednesday to give time to invite others and also for booking purposes.

I am going with a group of friends to Anilao this weekend, overnight. Can you recommend nice resorts, probably with big rooms (good for 10 people), and with good food? Thanks.
