Walking in Parco Nazionale del Gargano

I'm thinking of going walking for a few days in Gargano in late April. Would like to do about 10 - 15 km per day, somewhere remote and green. Hill walking fine but not full-on mountaineering. If anyone has any thoughts or tips on walks/ towns to stay with a few decent places to sample local wine and food and have a stroll in the evening, I'd be very grateful. Thanks you! Elaine
