we went there years ago and had a memorable experience. We are looking for authentic cuisine and mayeb a table d'hote affair. We want to experience french cuisine but not just a 30 minute tghing..maybe a set price with menu choices...last time we had a 5 or 6 course with 5 choices per course. Stayed there for about 4 hours. Can you help us with suggestions or menus...

getting around on St Pierre Posted: Tue July 8, 2008 11:59 PM UTC
Hello fellow travellers.
Can anyone tell me if you can rent a car on St-Pierre. I know that when you take the ferry from Newfoundland, they do not permit a car. So I am wondering what is the best way to get around?
Many thanks
Jim
