What is the driving like around the highway from Cagayan De Oro toward Iligan City? Also around to Misamis?
Is it easier to taxi or jeepney rather than have a rental (I think AVIS rents cars at the airport there)? Wished someone could advise about the best way for an individual to get from place to place in that part of Mindanao. I want to go around to Misamis as well. Can anybody offer advice? Thanks |
