Restaurants and things to see in winter

Does anybody know some cozy restaurants in this area? I will be here in the middle of the winter and would like to visit some local places with good food.

Are there any things worth to see (there are no Argenteuil pages on VT yet, so I wonder) or is it better to move a bit South and do the "standard" Paris sightseeing?
