Himalayas trekking in the himalayas
Posted: Tue May 15, 2007 09:52 AM UTC
Where do you recommend in the Himalayas for an unspoilt(relatively) region for a trekking holiday?
Has anyone been to the Karakoram in the past 6 years - post 9/11 - and is it safe politically?

Has anyone been to Annapurna recently - how busy does it get. I have heard that Everest Base Camp is a tip - I don't want to go to Annapurna and find similar.

thanks
