I am flying in to Singapore on Saturday, and want to get across to JB quickly to get a flight that evening up to Penang.
I have about 4.5 hours between the flights. Is this enough time from Changi - to JB. Could I just get the bus?
How much will it cost?

I have checked with various coaches, and all they offer from Johor to KL are those normal coaches. The one which cost RM24.

Are there any coaches that offers an alternative higher class coach? The one with little sitting on the bus and with own tv and sometimes they serve meals on board too.

Hi, we are travelling to Singapore for the 1st time next week and do not have the time to go to KL and my children are devastated!! So for value for money shopping and allwoing for travel time I thought we could go to JB instead. So I would like to know how good is the shopping at JB? Can you buy imitation designer goods such as bags, jewellery, clothes, wallets, shoes etc AND also can you get copies of DVD movie's here too?

How much time is to calculate from JHB airport to Singapore airport?
We (my son of 10 years and I) arrive in JHB at 6pm and have an international flight from Singapore to Portugal at 11pm. I am in panic now, because I read that it takes hours to make it from one airport to the other.
I have to be at Shanghi airport at +/-9pm. means 3 hours left or, let's say 2,5 hours with baggage claim to make it .....
I tried already all connections. No chance to make it earlier to JB, no chance to catch a directly flight to SIN (we come from Mulu-Miri).

Can anyone recommend us where to get cheap and decent high-lighting and perming salon, prefably near our hotel other than City Square or any shopping malls - think it will be expensive at City Square rite?

Anywhere to recommend to get cheap kids and teenagers clothings, distant is not a issue as we can catch a cab. Anywhere is having sale? I will be there this sat/sun.

Lastly, where to dine out and do at night. Can be near/far from hotel, no issue.

Im from KL got posted to Singapore. Pls advice the chepest place to rent in Johor Bahru on monthly basis which is nearest to the Bus station which provides buses going to Singapore.

What bus goes from JB to Singapore and Singapore to JB. Can i get a bus to from Tanjung Kupang to Singapore.

I am planning to travel from Changi to Senai airport by taking the MRT to Kranji. I would be travelling with my husband and we would have two decent sized suitcases with us. Is luggage allowed on MRT?

Vanakam, we're heading up to KL via JB on Fri, 11 Jan 2008.

We're leaving JB around 1600 hrs (roughly 25 pax in a suitable coach), & thought of stopping off somewhere for a good Halal seafood dinner, before heading up to KL.

Any good advice from anyone on possible locations for this (good makan, plus cost-effective prices, etc) ?

I read that malaysia airlines has a shuttle from singapore, straight to senai airport, but don't know if it is only for Mas passengers? Anyother direct link? thanks a bunch...

I would like some help plse. We are 3 adults n two young children from S'pore, taking an Air asia flt from Senai Int at 9am. To avoid leaving S'pore so early, we've decided to stay one night in JB. Can anyone suggest a hotel within walking distance to City Lounge?
And is there anything to do (malls, good restaurants) around City Lounge? Is it in the centre of JB?
