I have hired a boat on the loire for a week in August. I belive there is like a French bank holiday on or around 14.08.08 (could be assention day or something). If this is the case are there any events on in Decize or nearby towns that we could attend ie street carnivals etc. I would appreciate some feedback as this would assist us with our travel arrangements.
