I will be in Nusa Dua (Denpassar) in late February for 4-5 days, and the only information I have found about hotels has been on the Internet, from sites trying to sell rooms. I would love to get some feedback from those of you who are knowledgeable about the area. I have sort of narrowed down my search to the following hotels: Grand Hyatt Bali, Sheraton Laguna, Sheraton Nusa Dua, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel, Anantara, Conrad, The Bale, Amanusa, Westin.

I realize this is quite a long list, but any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Does the Denpasar airport have coin lockers big enough for a small rolling suitcase?
Also, could someone recommend a nearby hotel for about $30/night?

Helo, we are staying in Bali with our almost 3 years old kid, with my wife, we will stay here at least one year more, and the kid somehow miss playing with other children, is there any family with the child of the similar age with the same problem?

I am coming to Denpasar in August and i will stay there for more than one year as i am going to study there at the University. I would like to ask if anyone couldnt help me with information about the accomodation. What kind of accomodation i can expect, what price should i expect to pay for one year, etc... Hello people, I would like to know if my debit card will work there! My debit card is VISA ELECTRON, with type of bank's do you have there? Do you have ATM'S? Wich card's are accepted?

Hi again! I had a friend of mine that is already in Bali with is wife (she is from timor) and he told me that the hotel prices are a bit hi, because this is HI season in Bali. And for him, is wife he only got 30Euros/night from 3 nights! Does anyone know of a place that has a low buget stay? I will be staying from 18FEV to 14MARCH

my friends and i will be travelling to bali on the 12th feb? Any advise on what to see / do whilst there? we would like to see both tourist sites and also mingle with the locals... we are only there for 5 nights? how hot is the weather likely to be also? thanks

I'll be in Bali during August 2003 and it's my first time. I would appreciate if someone could advise me if it's better to book accomodation on the net or book directly when I get there. Are there many budget accomodation in Bali near the beach, any recommendations?

I would also appreciate meeting fellow VTers travelling to Bali during that time, anyone?
