Jet ferry from Semarang to Karimun Jawa

Hi fellow travellers,

Need your help for info on Ferry schedule to Karimun Jawa. Some sites cite Wednesday and Saturday. Others only mentioned Saturday. Appreciate also any info as to where I can make purchase of ferry tickets in advance. Thanks.

Car hire to visit place of interest around Semarang

I only have 3 days stay in Semarang during my vocation on 27 Jan to 29 Jan and like to hire a car for 4 persons to visit Borobudur, Prambanan & Dieng plateu. Anyone know any reliable company who offer reasonable price?

Wedding in Semarang

My fiance and I are planning to get married in Semarang sometimes next year. I have visited Semarang before but only as a tourist. It would be nice if anybody can share some information of a nice place to hold a wedding reception. Both of us are very simple and we have limited budget and come from big families.

Here is what we are looking for:

1. A cosy cheap but nice reception area that can stand around 500 people.
2. We both like simple minimalist decoration but beautiful.
3. I am looking for a nice taylor (boutique) were I can make a nice and cheap wedding dress.
4. A house for rent so my family can stay there during the wedding.

I would appreciate if you help me with some of these info. Thank you
