How do i get a hold of guesthouses or hotels in this area to book rooms, or do i just chance it and show up? Any suggestions for just a "place to stay", i go for the people and place, not the hotel/guesthouse!

Is it posibble to get from Sianhoukville to Siep Reap by bus or boat or I would I have to go back to Phnom Penh first?
