I am looking for an English speaking (American) to enjoy my resturaunt and nightlife experiences with. I will be in Ulsan until a few days after thanksgiving so please reply ssoon!! Thanks!!! I just wondered where to go. Good resturaunts, good food. Good shopping. I have heard there are many parks with waterfalls as well as public bath houses where we can get good massages, so if anone is interested in sharing these experiences with me please feel free to let me know. Thank you in advance for your time!!!

Hi, I will be visiting Ulsan for business for a few days in October. So looking forward to this. Got a few questions if someone can help me out...
1. Will be flying into Seoul, will be be easier to get to Ulsan by train, or by air?
2. What would be a good hotel to stay in? Since I don't have a car and don't speak Korea, I would like to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping.
3. Any good recommendation for great authentic Korean BBQ?
4. I am hoping to get a Korean music instrument when I am there, the gayageum (an Korean zither). Would i have better luck in Ulsan,or Seoul?

Hi,

We are going out tonight in Ulsan. Reading the posts, it seems that some bars are "lame" and we don't want to be where all the expats are. Can you advise a good Korean club with good sound ?
Thanks for adding the name of the quarter to tell the taxi driver.

Regards

I will be heading to south korea in about a month but I speak no korean. Can taxi/bus drivers understand any english? Will I be able to understand where the busses are going or how much money they're asking me for? Someone should be picking me up from the airport but just in case they don't...
