Narbonne Need a good hotel between Narbonne and Perpignon

This old couple will be in this area a few days in early October, 2005. We'd like a nice hotel in or south of Narbonne as a good center for our exploration of the Narbonne / Carcassonne / Perpignon area. An old guide book mentions "Hotel Chateau de Villefalse in the town of Sigean. Anybody know anything about it? Could also use any advice and tips re the general area. Thanks!

Can I take a bus or train to Gruisson or Narbonne Plage?
Do they go often?

Est-ce que je peux prendre un bus entre Narbonne et Narbonne Plage / Gruisson?

The tour de france is in Narbonne on 17 July. Does anyone know what time they cyclists will be leaving and if it will be worth coming to see.
