| Luhans'ka Oblast' | Internet Cafe Posted: Wed September 15, 2004 08:02 PM UTC
I am trying to help a friend of mine find an Internet Cafe in her area. She lives in Kirovsk but is near Stakhanov (Ukraine). Any help? What are their rates anyway? Would libraries have access to the Internet for e-mail? Just doing research for her. :)

The link above is in Russian; would it be possible to read it with online translator?! and there the cross-link is also to more of computer clubs at
http://www.games.lg.ua/clubs.php Actually the point was about the phone numbers to specify the location in Stakhanov. Those are in Luhansk: «DEEP TOWN» (38-0642) 58-87-74 «Kardiff» 57-85-00 «Êvark» 53-60-62 «Legion» — «Monitor» 54-00-65 «Set’» 59-98-37 «In.Net» 47-85-58 «Site» 59-98-87 41-40-77 Or rather call from Kirovsk/Stakhanov to information service centers, like 09, 001, 063. Should be easy! :)

Now got a better :) link to English-web-resource and that is of Luhansk Regional Library:
http://www.library.lg.ua/engl/main.php and furthermore the Library - Virtual Help Service: http://www.library.lg.ua/engl/vs.htm "Dear users, on the site to our library the Virtual help service starts working. Having taken the advantage of our service, you can receive the answer to any question which you are interested in by the removed access. For this purpose simply it is necessary for you to write us the letter on this electronic address: vs@library.lg.ua > Information and the facts about history, economic and social development of Lugansk region > Every possible data and facts which can be found with the help of encyclopaedias, and search systems available in the library. > On what terms do we give the answer? All inquiries are fulfilled during the day. Best wishes!

"sites list above and/or on the link you gave me.. are they in what cities?"
Links are for Luhansk city which is a Regional center, and those clubs/cafes might have the "branches" or know the phones/addresses for i-net places in Stakhanov/Kirovsk.
