I am trying to help a friend of mine find an Internet Cafe in her area. She lives in Kirovsk but is near Stakhanov (Ukraine). Any help? What are their rates anyway? Would libraries have access to the Internet for e-mail? Just doing research for her. :)

Thus if to call them - possible to be advised for the i-net cafes in nearby Stakhanov/Kirovsk.

Actually the point was about the phone numbers to specify the location in Stakhanov. Those are in Luhansk:

Links are for Luhansk city which is a Regional center, and those clubs/cafes might have the "branches" or know the phones/addresses for i-net places in Stakhanov/Kirovsk.
