Does anyone know anything about researching Vital records in Chernivitsi? My mother was born there in 1908. My grandparents were married there around 1903, and I believe my great-grandparents lived there till they died around the time of the first world war.

Any help will be appreciated.

what kind of information do you need?
It's a small nice town at Bukovina region, South-West of Ukraine.

Try to reach http://www.poisk.vid.ru if you know Russian. If you do not - http://www.poisk.vid.ru/yevent.asp.

They search family members all over former USSR.
