Hello.
I would like to visit Bodø soon , but I have limited amount of money I can spend . What would be the possible cheapest accomodation there and the transport from Oslo?

If you book well in advance and are flexible in your choice of date for the trip you can have the train ticket at the bargain price of only 150NOK one way in coach class, slightly more for a sleeper.

If you are not able to get a ticket for 150 kroner, then the cheapest way to go will most likely be by plane. Both Norwegian and SAS Braathens have daily departures from Oslo and it is not that hard to find a good price.

If you are looking for a hotel, then I believe that the Hotel Norrøna is the cheapest in Bodø. It is owned by Raddisson SAS and provides a cheaper alternative than the main hotel. For other options you shold visit the tourist office in Bodø. They have a website.

Slightly more uncomfortable, but it might be cheaper method of transport is a bus.

You haven't posted your birthday, so I don't know how old you are.
There are a 50 % discount for students (since you're traveling over 70 km) and children under 15. Seniors have a 33% discount.

You should also be aware of the limited offers they have (Kampanjepriser).

The maximum price now is 290 NOK without discounts.
