1. That would be Leliegracht 18. Don't know it, sorry.
2. You'll find them when you get there.
3. My suggestion; definitely go to Haarlem and also consider a day in Utrecht.

Don't know the hotel, but Leliegracht is one of the cutest streets in Amsterdam.
The city is heaving with pubs, coffeeshops and nice places to eat, especially in the area around Leliegracht.
Haarlem is 15 minutes away by train and has a nice old center, spectacular Gothic cathedral and excellent art museum. Utrecht is beautiful, has everything, and is only 28 minutes away.
You might also consider Hoorn and Enkhuizen, small picturesque maritime towns to the north of A'dam.
I'd suggest a bike trip in the country, but the weather is likely to be crap in February. If not, maybe take the train to Aalkmaar, rent a bike next to the station and cycle toward Egmond or Bergen aan Zee for pretty countryside and dunes.

Other interesting things at: http://www.dagjeamsterdam.nl/amsterdam_index.html (and press Leidseplein; sorry Dutch only)

I suggest visiting Delft, Alkmaar or De Zaanse Schans. There is so much to see; just pray for nice weather.
