Bathing suit. Light cottons. The average year round temperature is something lis 82 F. But it is quite dry so it might feel cooler.

I agree with Al......just stay cool and casual!
I brought a couple of fancy schmancy dresses with me to Tahiti and they just stayed nicely folded in the luggage! ;-) "Dressy" for men would be khaki shorts and a collared shirt! Maybe a good idea to bring a lightweight sweater for the evenings just in case the tropical winds pick up. You'll love the islands, I'm sure!! G_G
