hi there,
go to http://www.jugendherberge.de/ and look for Würzburg. They have an english page so this will be easy to handle. Remember: This is Bavaria, so they have an age restriction (I'm not shure, guess it is 26) have fun Gar Ask, if You need more information

hi there,
hi there, yeah, a little confusing. They have 2 things, first is an appartment, second is a separate room (non smoking). The first they would hardly give for one night. The second ist 15 or 20 Euro (very cheap), I gues it depends on how long You stay and which season. I guess it would be 20 one night. But a good deal anyway. Remember: Rudolf-Clausius-Straße is located in Dürrbachau, about 5 km from the main station. Ask for more help or information. have fun Gar

thank u Gar,
i'm now interested on another hotel, near(maybe) but not in Wuerzburg. Hotel-Restaurant Winzerhof it seems nice, and they told me that there was a railway station in the Village and every 1 hour service to Wuerzburg and takes 10-15 minuts. how do u think about this? thanks again for ur kind suggestions.

hi there,
to me such things are ok for I'm familiar with public transportations. Some people dont like. I dont know what You wanna do in Wuerzburg. I guess You take a look at the residence (a must, dont miss). And perhaps walk around town and so. If You wanna visit friends and/or come home late at night make shure You know when the last train/bus runs. Perhaps to my hometown there is a bus running every half an hour to Stuttgart. But the last is at eight pm ... have fun Gar

Dear Gar,
they told me that the train service from Wuerzburg to Thuuengersheim upto 11pm. so i will have enough time to walk around the city, right? BTW, i have a little confuse about the station in Germany, there seems always a lot of station in a city, such as 'Mainfranken Theater, Wuerzburg', 'Berliner Platz, Wuerzburg', etc. i use 'http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/e to check the train schedule, and find it's hard to choose an exact station. many thanks again.

hi again,
this is no problem for You. This are stations for bus etc. You way to the city is via train (main station). From there to the station Thüngersheim. There is also a bus starting from Thüngersheim, but it seem this didnt reach the center on a direct way. But here those guys in the hotel will know much better. have fun Gar
