baby beds in hotels in argentina

We are planning to travel around Argentina during the month of December with a then 11month baby, and are wondering if we should bring carry a babybed around.
In general, will there be babybeds available in hotels (including the cheaper ones)?

Even if I haven't asked for one, I've never seen any babybed in all the hotels I've slept in, from South to North Argentina... (generally, they were cheap ones).
