The festival is close to railway "station" of
Hasselt--Kiewit. With your pukkelpop ticket you can travel free on the train one time (so on one day, or the first and last day of your visit). Check times of last train to leave the festival. I've I see it right, the last train on saterday (to Leuven) leaves at 2am. First train is at 8.47 am... There are free campsites near the festival... so you could bring you're tent... Have fun at this great festival. I won't be there since I will be in Switserland.... Regards, Mark

I hope you know that Leuven and Kiewit (Hasselt) are about 1 hour apart by train.
Well the best way you can go if you are based in Leuven is by train, there are combination tickets available train-entrance. Here are some links that can be useful for you: www.pukkelpop.be (only the Dutch link seems to work) click on info and then on traininfo and when you scroll down you see the trainlink: http://www.b-rail.be/nat/N/timetables/extratrains/pukkelpop.html The last train leaves at 2 am and will arrive in Leuven at 2h57. Don't take the train from 2:05 it will go a different way. The trainstation of Kiewit is on walking distance of the festival, just follow the flow. Cheers, Alain

Maneesh,
hope you've noticed that there is only a extra night-train on saterday-night. Normal shedule, the last train is around 22:25 (mmm, festival is no finished by this time) and with a stop-over in Hasselt. Still the easiest way is by train, be check timetables carefully or find a place to stay in Hasselt or Genk. Regards, Mark
